My work helps to inspire and coach women into creating a self-care ritual as a daily act of devotion to their optimal state of health and well-being. It focuses on health, wellness, vitality, longevity, and quality of life through a Chinese Medicine perspective, and to support balance and health of ones feminine energetic system.
