You are warmly invited to Radiance & Renewal (R&R) , a women’s daylong retreat held by Kelley Mountain and Lisa Love Rueff at Paradise Healing Sanctuary in Lagunitas.

Saturday, July 27, 10:30am-dusk

Join us for a multi-sensory day of replenishment including Sound Healing, Breathwork, Pool/Spa/Sauna, Catered Garden Dining, Song Circle, and Microdosing with Sacred Plant Medicines - with a curated Guest List.

Sacred Medicines are lovingly handcrafted and supplied by two Bay Area female entrepreneurs – Radiant Farms and Journey Chocolates

Optional Therapeutic Massage offered by Lisa, and Ritual Tarot Readings by Kelley, during the pool lounge experience. Kelley’s tarot is available for 20mins/$20.

You can best prepare by:

  • Arriving on time

  • Packing the day before

  • Prioritizing sleep days before

What is provided:

  • Plant Medicine Microdosing (Optional)

  • Natural Spring Water and Catered Dinner from Comforts in San Anselmo (see menu below, vegan and omnivore options available)

  • Towels available for sauna and pool (clothing optional)

What to bring:

  • Water bottle (not glass)

  • Shoes easy to slip on, have good ankle support, and full coverage.  

  • Sandals for the pool/spa area

  • We can potluck style snacks/drinks during pool lounge, until dinner around 5:30

  • Additional drinks you wish to enjoy (no glass)

  • Extra towel for showering after pool

  • Sunblock, or physical sun protection (sunhat, shawl or parasol)

  • Eye mask

  • Light layer to cover face during Sound Healing (Wood deck is shady yet there may be small patches of sun)

  • Yoga Mat and optional padding for laying on wooden deck

  • An easy-to-learn song to sing together after dinner

  • Layers for warmth

  • Optional journal and pen

  • Safe and sacred container for the most optimal outcomes

Catered dinner menu (Comforts San Anselmo): Chinese tofu salad, Chinese chicken salad, marinated fire-roasted veggies, roasted brussels sprouts with capers and caramelized onions, jasmine rice
