Self-Care

Self-care supports our foundation for personal wellness, self-growth, healing, and transformational work.  Creativity, work, and relationships all benefit greatly from commitment to a daily self-care ritual.

Self-care is work, and it is an investment.  With the right practices and routines, it is also a joyful and nourishing part of every day.

It requires time, space, and commitment, daily.  Luckily though, it’s work that produces immediate results, catering well to our culture of immediate gratification. An act of self-care will always lead to a positive feeling and greater sense of well-being.

Self-care is one of my favorite kinds of activity.  I very much enjoy creating self-care experiences for others, and also writing about it.  I hope what I share here is able to be a source of inspiration to you in some way.
